For restaurants & hospitality
Your reservation system is sitting on revenue.
Thousands of guests have booked a table with you, leaving their name and email address. Most of them never hear from you again. We turn these contacts into regulars: with this week's lunch menu, your events and questions your guests are happy to answer.

Every reservation is a contact. Most of them lie idle.
Idle.
Your reservation system collects name, email and date of visit. It's used exactly once, for the confirmation. After that, the contact sits unused in the system.
Half empty.
Evenings are full, lunchtime has free tables. Yet many of your guests work nearby and simply don't know what's on this week.
Rented.
If guests only find you through booking portals, Google and Instagram, you pay for their attention every single time. Your guest list belongs to you.
What your guests get from you
Not flyers, but messages regulars look forward to. Each one a click away from a reservation.

In practice
Poisson, Cologne: a full lunch service.
Poisson is a fish restaurant in Cologne's city centre with an open kitchen and its own lunch menu. We turned the guests from the reservation system into a mailing list and write to them regularly: with the week's lunch offer, with events and with questions for the guests. The result: significantly more revenue and a lunch service that is full.

How we get started
From an unused database to the first email within a few weeks. Click through.
Step 1 · Week 1
Check contacts
We pull the guest data from your reservation system and check which contacts you're legally allowed to email.
Your first email campaign is free.
We agree on a target upfront and run the complete campaign, with or without an online shop. If we hit it, we work together. If not, you pay nothing and have no obligations.
Compliant from day one
Marketing emails almost always require consent. So we sort that out first, not afterwards.
Newsletters and GDPR in detail- Check what you haveHow were your contacts collected? That decides whom you may already email today.
- Mind the portalsFor bookings made via portals, their terms decide whether and how you may use the data.
- Collect from todayAn unticked consent box in the booking form plus double opt-in. Your list grows with every reservation.
- One-click unsubscribeIn every email. Anyone who wants to stop hearing from you, stops. That protects your deliverability too.
We make sure the processes are clean, but we don't replace legal advice.
