WhatsApp marketing: quick answers

Can WhatsApp marketing be GDPR-compliant?
Yes, with explicit consent (opt-in), documented and revocable at any time, via the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your legal advisers handle the legal review of individual cases.
What does it cost?
WhatsApp is one channel of our Retention Marketing. Working together starts from €1,500 net per month; the exact price depends on channels and scope. On top come the fees Meta charges for marketing messages and the cost of the sending software. You pay both directly.
Does WhatsApp replace email?
No, it complements it. Email remains the channel for content and large lists. WhatsApp plays to its strengths in moments that need to be quick: cart, restock, drops, questions.
Doesn't it annoy customers?
Only if you overdo it. We plan few, relevant messages, segmented and with a clear way to unsubscribe. People who have signed up want exactly this information.
